Contact Support
Open a public support request and include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened.
Keep it pond-safe: support requests are public. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, contact information, or other sensitive information.
Purchases
Open Duck Duck Bread, go to Settings, and choose Restore Purchases to restore eligible non-consumable purchases associated with your Apple Account.
Consumable crouton purchases cannot be restored after they have been consumed. Apple handles billing and refunds through Apple billing support.
Game Progress
Progress is stored on your device. Duck Duck Bread does not use an account or cloud-sync service. Removing the app or choosing Start Over can permanently remove local progress.
Notifications
Enable or disable notifications in the app's Settings screen or under iOS Settings > Notifications > Duck Duck Bread. The app schedules notifications locally and does not use a remote notification server.
