About This Policy

Duck Duck Bread is provided by Black Dog Creative LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how the iOS app handles information in version 1.0.
Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information or transmit gameplay information from the app to Black Dog Creative LLC or to third-party analytics or advertising services.
Duck Duck Bread does not require an account and does not include advertising or third-party analytics in version 1.0.
Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores game progress, settings, purchase entitlements, and locally generated gameplay analytics on your device. This information is used only to operate the game and is not transmitted to us.
You may choose to export the local analytics file through the iOS share sheet. The app does not choose a recipient or transmit that file automatically. Any sharing occurs only at your direction.
Device backups managed by Apple may include app data according to your iCloud or device-backup settings. Black Dog Creative LLC cannot access those backups.
Purchases and Notifications
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple's handling of purchase and account information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Notifications
If you grant permission, the app may schedule local gameplay reminders on your device. The app does not use a remote notification server. You can disable notifications at any time in the app or in iOS Settings.
Retention and Deletion
Game data remains on your device until you use the in-app Start Over control or remove the app. Data retained in an Apple-managed backup is controlled through your Apple backup settings. Because we do not receive app data, there is no server-side gameplay profile for us to delete.
If you contact us for support, we may receive the information and message content you choose to provide. We use it only to respond to and resolve your request and retain it only as reasonably necessary for that purpose and applicable legal obligations.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. Duck Duck Bread is not submitted to the App Store's Kids Category.
Changes and Contact
We may update this policy when the app's features or data practices change. The current version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
